- CORONADO -

Clayton's (brunch) - Super cute diner inspired theme. First come, first serve. They sometimes hand out donuts if the wait is long! Also have a small coffee shop you can get coffee if there is a wait (there always is)

SAIKO (sushi) - Omg my favorite sushi place in San Diego hands down!! I always get the crown roll and/or rey roll - sooooo good. I take everyone here haha and they have good lunch specials.

Miguel's Cocina (mexican) - If you know my parents, you know they love Mexican food... so whenever they are in town they always have to go here haha. It is really good - and they have a chips and salsa bar while you wait for a table! Also delicious margarita drinks // pitchers ayyyy

McPs Irish Pub (pub food) - Not really good food lol (no offense) but it is a really famous NAVY bar in Coronado that goes wayyy back. Good for some lunch snacks or happy hours to grab a drink on their outside patio (dog friendly!!)

- DOWNTOWN + LITTLE ITALY -

Crack Shack (fried chicken) - If the name doesn't tell you.... freaking amazing fried chicken sandwiches. There is ALWAYS a line around the block, no matter what time. Literally went there at 9 am (after the San Diego Half Marathon) and there was still a line..

Bankers Hill (dinner) - Definitely one of our TOP 3 favorite places in the area. Food is amazing. Drinks are strong. Vibe is great. 10/10 would recommend stopping here!

Puesto (mexican) - There are a few different locations throughout San Diego, in La Jolla too. They have your classic tacos // guac // chips and salsa get up *thumbs up*

Ballast Point Brewing (brewery) - Super chill vibes with great outdoor space! We've met up with friends here for beers on tap and small bites.

Bang Bang (sushi) - Went here for Katie's Bachelorette and it was amazing. Their food and drinks and inside vibes are very on-trend. And they have a Ryan Gosling bathroom... yes please.

Extraordinary Desserts (dessert) - Next level desserts. This is a must for anyone out of town visiting with a sweet tooth. They will be blown away, trust me. They actually have really good dinner food too - my go-to is the tomato soup and grilled cheese combo. I actually dream about it.

- LA JOLLA -

Herringbone (everything!) - The cutest and most instagrammable vibes. Obsessed with their flatbreads and actually spent both of my birthday's here the past two years lol - one for brunch and one for dinner. I love everythingggg. *Saw Scott Eastwood here one night and went and said hi i love u* (jk but we did see him)

The Cottage (breakfast) - Super cute spot that is always packed! Amazing portions and quality food for your $$.

Duke's (happy hour // dinner) - Duke's anywhere is a fun go-to spot! Great Hawaiian food and drinks and right on the water so THOSE VIEWS THO.

George's at the Cove (happy hour) - Their fish tacos are one of the besttt known in the area. You go here for the view though, completely stunning view of the cove and ocean, especially at sunset.

Crab Catcher (dinner) - Everything here is amazeballs. We got a Groupon for here where it was like $50 for $100 to spend - WIN! If you love fresh seafood and spectacular sunset views - this is the spot.

- LIBERTY STATION -

Stone Brewery (linner) - Loveee the atmosphere here. A perfect place to meet up for happy hour with friends, and also bring parents to eat - all around great! I ALWAYS brussels sprouts and mahi-mahi dinner :P During Christmas time, the liberty station tree is all lit up right overtop of the outdoor patio, giving you all the feels :)

Breakfast Republic (brunch) - OMG. Best breakfast vote for me I think... yeah favorite. Their food (and portions) are insane, in the best way possible. For example: oreo cookie pancakes, french toast flight, and chicken-mango sausage scramble. Yeah.

Fireside (linner) - Outdoor couches and cabanas for dinner? Yes please. Really good flatbreads here and a cute place to host events! Their outdoor space is amazing with oversized outdoor games like corn-hole!

- PACIFIC BEACH + MISSION BEACH -

Better Buzz (coffee // breakfast) - This is our go-to coffee spot. They actually have a lot of locations popping up all over the area. 10/10 would recommend the coffee, vibe, and 3 seed avocado toast. We go here almost every weekend to pick up avo toast and take to the ocean!

Sand Bar (fish tacos) - BEST FISH TACOS. Ever. This was right by our old stomping grounds :) literally a block away. And it's amazing. Just go... and REMEBER: TKO STYLE FISH TACOS.

Local (everything) - You can go here for anything really. We went here for Katie's Bachelorette bottomless mimosa brunch and they also have realllyyyy good hawaiian food - my parents always want to go here for LUMPIA and kailua pork dinner. I love their southwestern salad and Big Ass Nachos :)

Iron Pig Alehouse (BBQ) - Man Salad. That is all.

Draft (drinks // small bites) - Speaking of nachos, they have my vote for BEST NACHOS hands down. Also have like tons of beer on tap if you're into that ;)

Duck Dive (brunch) - If you want bottomless-champagne-bar-right-by-the-ocean vibes, go here. Really fun place if you're trying to day drink and start off with bottomless. Was actually really impressed with their brunch food in a good way!

Crushed (brunch) - Known for their super cute mimosa flights - drinks like lavender champagne, and cinnamon roll pancakes :) very cute and instagrammable vibes here.

Costa Brava (dinner) - Okay so this is our NUMBER ONE favorite restaurant in San Diego. It is authentic Spanish cuisine with tapas, homemade sangria, and paella to share. We love it so much because it is literally HIDDEN and they don't advertise, it is all by word of mouth! We always take people here (who are open to new foods aka escargot, ox-tail tapa, filet-minion skewers to name a few) and everyone has loved it. Sunday nights they have live Spanish singers and dancers which are fun to watch :)

Baked Bear (dessert) - Homemade. Customize-able. Ice Cream. Sandwiches. The End. Seriously just look at their Instagram.

The Grass Skirt (dinner) - New to the area but SO COOL! It's kind of a speakeasy because you have to enter in through the fridge of the Poke shop next door!!! And no one tells you! I've actually seen people leave because they didn't know how to enter lol but their food was amazing and drinks are next level. Their presentation skills are 100% and they have a super cool Hawaiian vibe inside!
