Happy FITNESS FRIIIIII-day friends!
This upcoming week I am going on a homemade DETOX! Much needed lemme tell ya. I seriously looked into going on a juice cleanse and documenting it, but ain't nobody got time (money) for dat. They are so freaking expensive and frankly (I wrote franklin by impulse lol) I don't want to just drink juice!! There are so many studies saying how it's actually bad for you and slows down your metabolism... SO no thanks.
For my detox, I am going al-natur-alll for this week with green smoothies in the mornings, salads for lunch, and roasted veggies for dinner. I'm going to share my meal plan with you guys and document how I'm feeling / before&after! Trying to do no dairy, gluten, meat.. so basically nothing lol. We'll seee how this goes. I have actually been wanting to try to be a vegetarian for a while now.
